Brandon M. Bunney, 41, of Savage, was charged in Ramsey County District Court last week with third-degree criminal sexual conduct in connection with him having sex with the year-old girl starting last year. Court records do not list an attorney for him. A message was left with Bunney seeking his response to the allegations. The girl told police they had sexual encounters in his car over the summer, then had sex at his home. Bunney lived in Apple Valley at the time.
