Nicky is an absolute artist with my nails and I love the Nomlu experience. Best salon in Gaborone! I really liked my nail technician. She was very dedicated and provided good service. Charity has exceptional skills! She goes above and beyond. The massage was needed and done well. I feel better and will come again. The staff was very professional and very nice. Thank you. A massage with Janet is always great, the best in town in my view.
The beds slightly smaller but they work, also I sort of suggested to Janet that you could consider getting electric blankets for that warm experience in the winter. My masseuse, Janet, did an exceptional job for a body that was in desperate need for a massage. Keep up the great consistent work Janet. Please get vaseline for the lips, for after doing facials.
It was good, although I was a bit disappointed with the facial though, I expected a full facial. But its my fault for not asking. Such a beautiful and relaxing experience. The staff were so kind and friendly.
I would recommend anyone visiting Gaborone to book an appointment. Treatment was great, very meticulous and neat.
Also really enjoyed the hand massage! However, they were 20 minutes late for the appointment with no prior communication and no apology. This could be daily, a few times a week, every month - whatever makes you feel comfortable.
