Life is full of challenges, and I am here to help you navigate those times. I have four years of experience working with children, adolescents and adults to help support those struggling with anxiety, depression, mood disorders, ADHD, substance use, grief, loss, self-harm and suicidal ideation. I also have experience working with the young adult and adult populations.
I am trained to provide cognitive behavioral therapy and dialectal behavioral therapy. Together we can work to build coping skills, healthy thought patterns, and better emotional regulation.
