Massage appointments are available in the hotel room when it is available, or in guest's own hotel room. Katriina Serenius has worked as a full-time Massage Therapist for more than 20 years. She has completed Vocational Qualification in massage therapy at a Social and Healthcare College and has since supplemented her skills with various special training courses, such as the basics of lymphatic massage at the SKY College.
To make a reservation, please contact the massage therapist, Katriina Serenius. Alternatively, you can ask the hotel reception for assistance with your booking. The customer confirms their visit after the treatment. Treatment price will be added to your room bill. Easy and effortless! Cancellation policy : Cancellations must be made no later than 2 days before the start of the booked time.
It is possible to transfer the reservation by contacting Katriina: katriina. Each client is scheduled for a full 60 minutes and you can consult with our Massage Therapist Katriina about your wishes either beforehand whilst making the booking or during your appointment. Katriina's working style is calm and attentive. Her clientele is both long-term and committed and they have had relief from e.

Our massages are conducted on hotel premises that are cleaned daily in accordance with safety regulations. Our massage therapists maintain high standards of hygiene, washing their hands before and after each massage and ensuring that all products and equipment used during the treatment, including the massage table, are clean. If you have a cold or any symptoms of illness, please refrain from coming for a massage or cancel your appointment.
