Trespass- An officer responded to a residential building in the block of SW Monroe Ave for a report of a female with no fixed address trespassing. The female was issued a trespass notice and she left. The officer was unable to develop probable cause that a crime had occurred.
The suspect was trespassed from the location. Several persons without fixed addresses were stopping them. One of the males was found to have an outstanding warrant. He was issued a citation in lieu of custody. The campers, a male and female with no fixed address, had previously been advised they could not camp there and provided resources to find an alternate location. They were cited for illegal camping. Corvallis Fire Department medical personnel also responded.
The male was transported to the local hospital. He had outstanding warrants for his arrest and was issued a citation in lieu of custody.
Theftβ Caller reported a male who had previously been trespassed from a business in the block of NW Circle Blvd was back on the property and stole merchandise. A year-old male, no fixed address, was identified as the suspect and located in the area. The male had several warrants for his arrest as well. The male was issued citations in lieu of custody. Warrant Arrestβ A year-old female, no fixed address, was contacted in the block of SW Madison Ave for a report of a trespass. The year-old female caller reported her year-old male brother broke her computer during an argument.
