Friday, an undercover officer entered the business, paid for β and was provided β a minute massage from the lone female employee, according to a St. Charles police news release. Zhang took steps toward performing the act, at which point the officer advised he would not go through with it and proceeded to exit the business, the release said. This is the second prostitution-related arrest in St. Charles this month. On April 17, Chang-Li Wang, 47, was charged with two Class A misdemeanors, prostitution and violation of the massage licensing act, following an incident at H.
Health Care Therapy, S. Tyler Road, Unit O. The April 17 arrest was the result of a citizen's complaint about possible suspicious activity at the business, police said.
