I was able to build Wonders, investigate a few of the other tech trees, and staged a huge Crusade of Jerusalem near the end of the game.
Notes: Most people don't want to cut down any forests, because they act the same as mined bonus Grasslands in this scenario! But Germany may have to do some of this eventually, as we have a "lot" of forest. Positives: 1. Lot's of early contacts, but hard to get a ship out to get contact with all the Med.
