The Rolling Meadows Adult Activity Center has a medical equipment lending closet that includes: walkers, hemi-walkers, wheelchairs, transport chairs, canes, and crutches. Equipment is loaned for up to 3 months. An extension can sometimes be accommodated, if inventory permits. There is no age requirement or fee, monetary donations are accepted and greatly appreciated.
Those who are interested in woodworking for the first time or refreshing their skills after many years are welcome! We offer the opportunity to practice active woodworking in a safe, supportive, well-equipped and controlled environment.
