Crayola Experience general admission tickets purchased directly from Crayola Experience are valid for one year. You can use them at any time. When you are ready to visit, just bring your tickets to the access area of the attraction. Tickets purchased from other sources and 3rd party vendors may have different expiration periods. If tickets are purchased from another vendor, please check the expiration on your ticket.

Stollers are permitted inside the attraction. They must be smaller than 31 in. Stroller wagons of any size are prohibited. We conduct security bag checks and stroller screenings prior to entering the Crayola Experience attraction. These stations are checked regularly, but please contact a team member if you see one that needs to be refilled. We also encourage guests to use our restroom facilities frequently to wash their hands for 20 seconds or more.
