Our Insight programmes are open to first- or second-year university students, and recent graduates, who want to get a greater understanding of the finance industry, learn more about our opportunities and experience our company culture before applying to our internships. Our Internships are mainly for students in their penultimate year of undergraduate study and typically run for eight to ten weeks. Your internship will be the beginning of your skills development journey, preparing you to join our graduate programme at the end of your studies.
