Alicia is Leighton's girlfriend. Alicia was at the Women's Center discussing Susan B. Anthony's inclusion in the Essex Portrait Gallery. When Leighton Murray arrived and said she was there to volunteer as community service, Alicia and the others all introduced themselves with their pronouns.
Alicia explained that she oversees all the volunteers. Leighton tried to choose specific hours for herself, but Alicia said she would tell Leighton when they needed her and she would show up, starting with the poetry group tomorrow. The two of them then bickered about the importance of the Women's Center for the people who came there. Alicia ended this by telling Leighton she'd see her at poetry night.
At the poetry night, Alicia spotted Leighton with her phone out and told her to stop recording people without their consent. When Leighton started laughing at one of the performers and walked out, Alicia followed her out and said she wouldn't sign off on any of Leighton's hours for the night. After the poetry event was over, Leighton helped Alicia clean up and Alicia said she knew the poems and songs were terrible, but instead of being rude, she acted like a normal person and waited until she was lone with her friends to make fun of them.
Leighton agreed to try that. Alicia came into the Women's Center one day to find Leighton sitting in a new chair. Leighton admitted she'd purchased it so she could have a comfortable chair to sit in while she was working there.
Leighton said she couldn't because she had a date. She told Leighton to take some condoms on her way out, but Leighton insisted that she doesn't hook up on the first date. Despite that, the next morning, Alicia saw Leighton walking home in the same outfit from the day before. Alicia, Tova, Ginger, and Leighton were sorting donated clothes when Tova invited Leighton to drag queen trivia. Leighton said she couldn't because she was going to the Theta-lympics.
