Peabody treats people like garbage - despite numerous alarms about the damaged roof and falling ceiling - emails with photos showing that the "repairs" made to the roof plastering the rotten plasterboard and painting endanger the lives of the residents As a result, the ceiling fell in the stairwell, this could have been a real tragedy After a month, they cleaned up the debris from the stairs and secured the damaged ceiling with foil and adhesive tape - after the first rain it fell off I don't recommend it!

I made a formal complaint yesterday regarding Peabody lack of regards to the social tenants, and how they respond to complaints. Anyway I checked on my complaint and I got a generic reply that I should call the customer services. NO Sorry Peabody your response was not acceptable I want a phone call back not me having to keep contacting Peabody so why you sent me that response is beyond me because the matter is not resolved!!!!!!!!
