Listening to her borderline hostile dialogue during her deck-con run, the back-and-forth between her, the guy on the elevator, and her decker friend in the apartment that she wants you to 'exact revenge' made me realize that she is a petulant child with the emotional fortitude of a 5 year old.
I guess that's why she spends most of her time in the matrix trying to escape reality. Having to listen to her after she gets her memories back is even worse, 'how can I escape the pain of my childhood, poor me, oh it was so bad'.

Cause in the end she is a woman after all ;p You will understand that sooner or later, men are from mars and women are from venus. So Isobel was very welldone. I would of been happy to have the option to kill Is0bel in the Deck C0n mission. She sucks, i hate her personality and rude azz attitude towards you as the leader. I'd hire another decker or replace her as decking MC. Yes i'm an evil bastard but thats one of my many charms ;-.

I dislike pretty much everybody on the team but Gaichu and to me, making me care enough for dislike is at least half- good writing. Is0bel has agency. In the end she planned her own destirny. And she has a sense of right and wrong. She on her own accord revisit a traumatic past to help you.
He sits in his bunk, reminiscing about the past, pissing on others, looking down on street people when himself was one, and insults Raymond, the only reason he's out of that life he whines on and on about.
