If the buyer wants to see your home in person, we only do so and we provide personal protective equipment including booties, gloves, and masks , make sure any group of people is small, and ensure that no one will touch anything in your home.
We can provide Docusign and other digital services to accept or negotiate on an offer while on the phone, or video conference to explain everything.
