The Texas Constables Leadership College TCLC is an intensive educational program for Constables and their management staff and requires a sincere commitment of time away from the agency. Modeled on the Leadership Command College LCC , this progressive and challenging program provides in-depth investigations of issues facing law enforcement and offers growth and development of leadership and management skills in your agency.
The courses are taught in a highly interactive manner that encourages continuous thought and participation. A commitment is required for all three modules as well as the completion of your personal leadership portfolio. Applicants begin the TCLC process by submitting an application. Please download the TCLC application from the link below. All incoming applications will be processed and those who meet the minimum requirements will be notified of their acceptance into the TCLC.
Hotel, Travel, and Meals: The participant or their agency is responsible for expenses incurred for travel to and from the training. Hotel, breakfast and lunch will be provided. Business dress attire is needed for the group photo, presentation, and graduation.
